Based on the experience of production practice and exploration with a number of ink printing plants in recent years, he answered the common problems, causes and solutions of water-based ink in high-speed printing production, and shared the problem of poor drying. According to reports, the ink printing dryer can achieve the effect of reducing air supply humidity, reducing drying energy consumption, improving printing efficiency, reducing VOCs emissions, and effectively solving the above problems for the ink printing factory.

      Through this symposium, the participating enterprises can further understand the main advantages of water-based ink, the main problems, application precautions and solutions, etc., and enhance everyone's confidence in the use of water-based ink. The mature use of water-based ink process, inseparable from the cooperation of equipment manufacturers, ink manufacturers, plate manufacturers, oven manufacturers and printing manufacturers, I believe that in the near future, after the cost, efficiency, energy consumption, stability and other pain points of water-based ink are solved, it will be more and more accepted by printing enterprises to achieve economic benefits, social benefits, ecological benefits of win-win!
