Recently, due to the increasingly stringent environmental protection policies in Foshan, the color printing and packaging factory of Foshan Wuzong has decided to replace the source with ink printing products. At the invitation of Foshan Wuzong, Jinchuang Company conducted exchanges and field visits on the environmental protection, slow speed, low efficiency, and high energy consumption issues of Foshan Wuzong Company, and implemented specific transformation plans for using Jinchuang ink printing dedicated dehumidification and drying machines for two Haichuan Machine-8 color printing machines. Currently, they have the following main problems:
1. Environmental protection: For solvent ink printing, VOCs emissions seriously exceed the standard.
2.Low efficiency: Water ink printing has high requirements for the environment on the opposite side. In case of rain and fog, it may not dry and some units cannot operate normally, resulting in reduced efficiency and extended delivery cycle. Finally, it is easy to lead to customer turnover.
3. High energy consumption: Compared to ink printing, water ink printing consumes more energy. Factory costs have increased.
After using the Jinchuang water ink printing drying scheme, the drying and dehumidification efficiency is high, and the water in the air is separated. Our ink dehumidification dryer dehumidifies and recycles the moisture and alcohol in the return and fresh air, effectively reducing the humidity of the supply air, and controlling the humidity to around 5%. Fully keep the oven dry, so as not to be affected by rainy days and weather humidity, ensuring stable printing. Easy to install and operate. There is no need to modify the original oven of the printing machine, but only need to connect the equipment and the oven with an air duct. Replace the original heating system and use it when powered on.
