           The Director of Jiangsu Ecological and Environmental Protection Bureau pointed out that the work of replacing the source of low VOCs materials and water-based inks was not progressing smoothly. The main reasons include the serious lack of standards, the high energy consumption of enterprises that have used ink, the low printing efficiency, the lack of leading water-based ink promotion industry, the large number of small and scattered enterprises, and the lack of effective support policies.
